Background: There are multiple connections between sleep and lung cancer. Both of them impacting each other cancer can make it difficult to well due symptoms treatment side effects( 20-70% patients suffer insomnia) .Also there is possible relationship nocturnal intermittent hypoxia, apnea daytime sleepiness, progression considered as risk factor obstructive severity. Aim the work: evaluate pattern changes in with Patients methods: 26 non small cell were interviewed for assessment histopathological subtypes stages according TNM classification treated at Department Clinical Oncology Nuclear Medicine (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy surgical scheduled), they underwent questionnaire Epworth Sleepiness Score (ESS).overnight full polysomnography was done.

Pattern of cancer/testis antigen expression in lung cancer patients
Cancer/testis (CT) antigens represent promising targets for immunotherapy. We investigated the composite expression of 13 CT antigens by RT-PCR in 79 lung cancer tissues and by immunohistochemistry in 22 lung cancer tissues. In the 79 lung cancer tissues, MAGE-3 (42%) was expressed most frequently and followed by NY-SAR-35 (33%), NY-ESO-1 (30%), MAGE-1 (27%), CT-7 (20%), MAGE-4 (19%), LAGE-1 (1...

In the very beginning stage of the lung changes are Perivascular, capillary wall edema, thickening of the interstitial, lymph and vascular dilatation. In the late stage of the shock the following changes will occuree Microthromboses of the lung capillary, polynulcear infiltration into the interstitial, the existence of polynuclear in the alveoli, proliferation of interstitial mesenchyma,...
متن کاملRelationship between the expression of miR137 in the serum of patients with metastatic lung cancer
Background: Micro-Ribonocellic Acids (miRNA) are non-coding nucleic acids that are evolutionally protected and have a length of 24-20 nucleotides. MiRNAs control the expression of genes after transcription by mRNA degradation or translation inhibition. By blocking the oncogenic miRNAs and creating the necessary and functional miRNAs (tumor suppressor), these small regulatory RNAs can have thera...
متن کاملSHOX2 and WT1 Promoter Methylation Correlates with the Lung Cancer in Iranian Patients
Lung cancer is among the most common cause of cancer death in the world. Since the disease is diagnosed in the middle or late stages of the cancer development a more efficient method for an early diagnosis of the disease is required. The main goal of this study was to investigate the correlation between aberrant promoter methylation of the two genes: SHOX2(Short stature homeobox 2) and WT1(Wilm...
متن کاملGenetic Polymorphisms of CCL22 and CCR4 in Patients with Lung Cancer
Background: An association between lung cancer and chemokines has been advocated in the recent years. This study aims at investigating the association between lung cancer and 16C/A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) (rs. 4359426) in C-C motif chemokine 22 (CCL22) as well as C1014T SNP (rs. 2228428) in C-C chemokine receptor type 4 (CCR4), which serves as the receptor for CCL22.Methods: Genoty...
